Located just 5 miles from the beach, down scenic Colington Road, is the unique island of Colington. The sunset views are beautiful, and for the boating enthusiasts there is a community boat launch (for a fee) and deep water canals accessing the Albemarle Sound. Looking for peace and quiet, but still want to be near the action? Bay Cliff might be the answer. Offering some of the same amenities its larger neighbor boasts including community pool and great water views Bay Cliff is located roughly half way between the heart of Kill Devil Hills and Colington Harbour. This means you can be relaxing on your deck one minute and be at your favorite ice cream shop the next.
